Old Scrooge McDuck B Pez released in 1991 with molded sideburns. Discontinued from the Walt Disney Ducktails pez collection. This version was a second release in which the ducktails pez came on neon colored stems. This Scrooge is on a neon red stem and comes loose and ready to display!
