This is an older Tyke Pez from MGM. It is part of the Tom and Jerry cartoon series. This pez has a multipiece face with removeable snout and has a copyright MGM 1980. It sits on a red 3.9 Thick Feet Austria stem. This pez dispenser was not ever released in the USA, so it is pretty hard to find!
