This Scrooge on a neon red stem from Europe is on a European shrink wrap Mickey Mouse and Friends card. Newer versions of the Disney friends were released in Europe in 1997 with neon colored stems - very different than their couterparts in the USA! Great variation for the Disney collector or Pez collector!
