This Scrooge A Pez is the earliest Disney Scrooge version with hand painted eyes, removable top hat, glasses and movable wings. It is on a 3.9 thin feet Austria transition stem. The transition stem has a spine (the back ridge) that is the same depth as the front channel, unlike most footed stems in which the spine is deeper than the front channel. This Scrooge A pez on its transition stem is much harder to come by than the no feet examples. Its head spring and sleeve springs function perfectly!
