Poop emoji pez are scheduled for release in July 2018 and this new packaging is likely in preparation for that release. The package also shows 3 bars signal and about 3/4 battery charge - presumably a reference to a mobile or tablet connection. The crystal Angel and crystal Devilish Pez come mint in box with 6 rolls of Pez Candy!
