This is a pink Japanese regular B pez dispenser. Regulars are dispensers that have the look and feel of the original "regular" dispenser and adds variety to your collection of Regulars. The remake regulars or regular B came with peppermint candies in the mid 90's and the style of the cap was much more flat than vintage regulars.
