This Misfit Snowman pez comes with a red head, white hat and nose, and black teeth and eyes on a blue stem. It comes mint on the European Striped card with European candies. This was released by Pez International after Steve Glew's production and was intended for distribution in Taiwan based on the Chinese (Taiwan) writing on the back of the card.
