This is a Hippo from the Pez Party Favor Animal mini dispenser set. Tara Toy Corporation produced a series of pez party favors which were mini sized dispensers. The Party Favor Animals set includes the Kooky Zoo Hippo, the Bunny E, the Lamb B and the Panda B heads. This mini pez dispenser comes loose and ready to display.
