The Peter Pez Flashlight came in the series 1 set of Basic Fun Keychains in 2003. Three keychain flashlights were produced for this series - Psychedelic Eye, Peter Pez and Uncle Sam. The head tips back and the flashlight is underneath. This keychain comes loose and ready to display and will probably work great with fresh batteries!
