The Hamm Elephant is a colorless crystal Elephant pez on blue stem, mint on a very special card advertising Maximilianpark in Hamm, Germany. These were only given away at the park in 2004 and are no longer available. They are quite difficult to get Mint on Card like this one, particularly now with new customs regulations limiting candies brought into the USA.
