Goofy on a neon Red stem from Europe. This comes mint on the blue Disney Mickey Mouse graphics card. Newer versions of the Disney friends were released in Europe in 1997 with neon colored stems - very different than their couterparts in the USA! Great variation for the Disney collector or Pez collector!
