Ferdinand is a policeman character who teaches young children in Carinthia Austria safety. He teaches about traffic safety, skiing safety and swimming safety. The character was made into a pez dispenser and these dispensers are very hard to come by since their source is a private organization in a single town. This pez comes loose and ready to display!
