2025 is off to a fast-paced start with many new Pez already released. This is a great time of year to get organized and get your collection displayed the way you want it! We have grandstands, Shoes for No Feet Pez, and Display cylinders to help you show off your collection in style! You can even begin planning ahead as we discuss the planned European releases listed in their 2025 Pez Catalog. In last month’s Pez Collectors Store Newsletter, we provided you with a fairly extensive line up of the planned USA Pez releases! Let us help you organize and display your collection for the utmost enjoyment!
Valentine’s Day will be here soon and the two new bears and the new purple crystal hugging heart pez are here to help you celebrate! Whether you add these pez to your collection or give them to your Valentine, these pez are sure to please! The brown face bear and the white face bear with black ears and a red Heart mark around his eye both have printed stems. The new Hugging Heart is a light purple crystal heart with arms hugging a purple heart. We have sets of these new 2025 Valentine Pez available now in the Pez Collectors Store.
The Pez Treats addition for 2025 is the Avocado. This pez is in stock now in the Pez Collectors Store and is available in the Pez Treats twin pack with the Taco Pez, or mint in bag with pez candies.
The Disney Stitch pez assortment is new for 2025. Stitch, Angel and Aloha Stitch are in the assortment. The Stitch Pez is his classic toothy blue creature on a blue stem, the Aloha Stitch is a closed mouth, winking blue head with hibiscus flowers printed on the red stem. Angel is Stitch’s alien girlfriend with a pink head and long tendril-like antennae. This set comes mint in bag with Pez candies! Also available now is the Disney Stitch Twin Pack with Stitch and Angel in a twin pack box with Stitch graphics. Click the images to go directly to these in the Pez Collectors Store!
Three new exclusive limited edition Pez Presenter girls have been released. The sugarfree peppermint Pez Presenter girls come with light, medium or dark skin tones, each on a blue stem with a blue background pillbox hat and white PEZ logo lettering. The light and medium skin tone girls have brown hair and the dark skin tone girl has black hair. These Pez each come with three European Sugarfree peppermint candy packs. Since neither the pez, nor the candy is made in the USA, the card does not feature the Candy Made in the USA logo. They were packaged in the USA on a USA card.
Pez has also just released a pair of bears using the same mold as the valentine Bears and the Limited-Edition Boy Panda Bear from 2020. There is a pink head bear on a pink stem that is printed It’s a GIRL and a blue head bear on a blue stem, printed It’s a BOY. These come mint on card and the back of the card has To and From lines so the dispenser can be personalized! These could be used as party favors or swag from a baby shower, a gender reveal party or as a birth announcement! We will have these in stock soon in the Pez Collectors Store!
Easter Peeps for 2025 come with new card graphics and new Blueberry Flavored Pez Candy! The set of 6 includes chicks and bunnies, each in yellow, blue, or pink with stems that are printed with the Peeps logo. We have the full set of 6 available now, as well as the set of three new Peeps bunnies.
New Easter Pez will be available soon! The familiar molds are updated for 2025 with new colors! The 2025 Floppy Ear Bunny has a white head with an open mouth and lavender eyes on a pink stem. This mold has been around since 2013 when the printing on the bluish grey head was a closed mouth and the bunny had blue eyes. In 2016, the floppy ear bunny had a white head with closed mouth and green eyes, and in 2018 the floppy ear bunny was a tan head, closed mouth with blue eyes. In 2021, the floppy ear bunny had a pink head and open mouth.
The 2025 Easter Pez also includes a new color for the Sitting Bunny (previously called Fluffy Easter Bunny by Pez Co.). The 2022 Bunny was white with blue eyes on a blue stem. This year, the Sitting Bunny is pink with small black eyes on a yellow stem. In Europe, the Sitting Bunny is tan on a yellow stem. The Easter Egg Pez this year in both the USA and Europe is a lavender egg featuring a chick with Bunny Ears holding an Easter Basket on a yellow stem. We will have these in stock in the Pez Collectors store soon!
The 2025 Marvel Captain America: Brave New World movie coming February 14 features Sam Wilson as Captain America and a Red Face Hulk. These two characters will be produced as pez dispensers! Sadly, the planned twin pack featuring the pair of new dispensers has been canceled and, as such, our order for the twin packs was also canceled. Things are always fluid with new pez releases and while we looked forward to the twin packs, we will still have these new pez in stock soon in polybags!
Ahead of the new Minecraft movie coming out April 4, a new Zombie Pez is being added to the USA Minecraft Pez Assortment, scheduled for release February 1. Since these will be flowed into the assortments, it could be a while before they begin showing up. Europe is adding a new Enderman with no stem printing to the European Minecraft Assortment. We will have both of these in stock just as soon as possible!
New European Hello Kitty Pez are expected to be released in March. The European set includes a Full Body Rainbow ombre Hello Kitty, a purple stem, purple bow Hello Kitty with Hello Kitty heads printed on the stem which they call Hello Kitty Allover Kitty, and a Hello Kitty Blue Bow. Of course, we have our order for these placed and will have them in stock soon.
In the USA, the new Hello Kitty pez set is due to be released March 15. The USA set includes the new Kuromi, My Melody and the purple stem, purple bow Hello Kitty with printed stem which we expect to be the same as the European version. We are told that there are some minor changes to the printing for My Melody as well, making her a new pez! Also included in the set is the full body Hello Kitty with light pink overalls and bow and darker pink short sleeve shirt from 2024.
The Printed purple stem, purple bow Hello Kitty will be packed with Kuromi and with My Melody in a pair of twin packs. We have confirmed that the Hello Kitty stem will be purple and not magenta and Kuromi’s stem will be a light pink. The image below has incorrect stem colors but we have not received an updated image yet. The correct stem colors are shown above.
New Barbie and Ken Pez are scheduled for release in Europe. The clothing and hair have changed for this 2025 European Pez release and Ken is being added to the assortment. In the USA, Ken will be added to the 2023 Barbie Pez assortment beginning April 1. There will also be a twin pack with Blonde Barbie from 2023 and Ken released in the USA. The European release is expected at about the same time.
2025 European Emoji pez are all new faces with printed stems and include a Love emoji, Awesome emoji, Cool emoji and Cloud Emoji which is the rainbow ombre emoji with clouds printed on the stem! These are expected to be released in Europe around April 1.
Naruto is scheduled for release in Europe around April 1 and is expected to be released at the same time in the USA. The set includes Naruto, Sasuke and Sakura. In the USA, there will also be a twin pack featuring Naruto and Sasuke.
The Pokemon Pez Assortment for the USA and Europe are being updated beginning April 1. The new assortment will include Gengar, a Winking Eevee and a closed eye red stem Happy Pikachu joining the Laughing Pikachu in Europe and the USA and will also include the Pokeball in the USA.
Pokemon Pez Clips and Stitch Pez Clips originally planned for distribution in the USA May 1 have been pushed back to a June 1 launch date.
Squishmallows will be released in both the USA and In Europe. The launch date for these in the USA was originally June 1, but has been pushed back to August 1. Both assortments are to include Cam the cat, Patty the Cow and Junie the Banana. The European releases below show different stem colors than the images provided to us for the USA versions, but we are told that the USA colors are not yet finalized. We suspect they will be the same as the European release.
July 1 is the scheduled release date in the USA for the 4th version of the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles. Leonardo, Donatello, Raphael and Michelangelo are included in the assortment which will also be released in Europe!
Europe will have a Jurassic World Explorers assortment. At this time, there is no indication that this set will be released in the USA. Images are not yet available for this set, but it is included in the European Catalog! This preschool children’s animation includes Blue, Charlie, Delta and Echo. It remains to be seen what characters might be included in the European Pez assortment!
A Sparkling Eye SpongeBob will be released in Europe and is planned for release in the USA September 1.
Kitty Fairy will be added to the Gabby’s Dollhouse assortment in Europe. It is also planned for launch September 1 in the USA.
Rex will be joining the other characters in the European Paw Patrol assortment. Rex is a differently-abled Bernese Mountain Dog who helps dinosaurs! There is no information regarding addition of this character to the USA assortment at this time.
The European Super Mario Pez assortment will be updated with a new mold for Mario and Kinopio (aka Toad). We don’t actually see any significant difference in the previously released Mario other than the sideburns appear to be shorter in the new version and the chin seems less pointed, but side by side the differences may be much more apparent. Kinopio or Toad is also a new mold. In this case, we do see that mouth is closed in a smile with no coloration, while the previously released version has an open mouth with red lips and a pink tongue.
The European Space Mission assortment will add Alien! This classic black bug-eyed green head character is an awesome addition. There is no information regarding addition of this character to the USA assortment at this time.
For Halloween, a new Day of the Dead or dia de los Muertos Pumpkin will be released in the USA and in Europe. This will be a very popular dispenser I suspect!

Further information from inside bitcoins says, “In a January 30 blog post, Igloo Inc. confirmed through its Pudgy Penguins X account that it has partnered with Pfefferminz (PEZ) to launch a non-fungible token-branded candies collection. The Pudgy Penguins and PEZ team anticipates launching their NFT-branded candies before the end of 2025. This collaboration has received a warm reception among crypto and non-fungible token communities.” Igloo Inc. is a digital asset company and the team behind Pudgy Penguins, a non-fungible token collection featuring a limited edition of 8,888 cute penguin cartoon birds hosted on the Ethereum blockchain network, and Lil Pudgy, a non-fungible token collection featuring a limited edition of 22,222 cartoon penguins birds hosted on the Ethereum blockchain network. Now, they speak of NFT branded candies but don’t mention dispensers at all. All this begs the question – what will be launched? Since PEZ recently joined the NFT market with non-fungible token PEZ Dispensers of many variations, what form will the Pengu take? An NFT? A physical dispenser, or something else entirely? We are certainly hoping for a dispenser or even a whole series of dispensers! Time will tell!

There will also likely be additions to the lineup and many new exclusives and limited-edition releases moving forward! It is what keeps the hobby interesting and keeps all of us on our toes, trying to keep up and not miss out on anything!
