Sissi is the nickname of a Empress Consort of Austria and Mozart is a famous Austrian composer. Pez honored these two famous Austrians by making them the first real people depicted on European Pez. Sissi and Mozart were available only in a single small shop in Vienna, Austria, so are very hard to get since distribution was so limited.
