This Tom Pez is from the Tom and Jerry cartoon series. This pez has big yellow eyes and a bald head - no hair style at all and this was the Canadian version on a red stem. There is no country of origin listed on the stem below the patent number - an indication that the pez was not intended for release in the USA! This Tom pez dispenser was not ever released in the USA, so it is pretty hard to find!
