The British Petroleum or BP Gas Pez Pal with black hair sports a cap with the BP Gas logo and full body parts. This dispenser was commissioned by Steve Glew as an exclusive and far fewer of these were made and distributed than any of the other Pez Pals that were part of his original Holiday Colors order.
