This very retro looking Mickey Mouse was released in Japan for the 80th Anniversary of Pez International. The pez was limited to 2500 pieces. Mickey is featured in a white and grey scale, as he was depicted long before color TV! This dispenser is mint on card with the 80th Anniversary Lets Pez sticker and with European candies and a sticker on the back of the card written in Japanese.
