The Valentines Day pez have been around for a long time. The original Happy Valentines Day hearts came with no feet as the heart sits sideways on the stem from the normal pez. In 2003, Pez began pad printing on the stems of the Valentines hearts. The Pink Happy Valentines Day heart sits on a red stem printed with white hearts. This 3rd edition of the Valentines Heart comes mint on card with pez candy but the candy is really too old to eat.
